I really like this coffee. I like a dark roast coffee with a good depth of flavor. Not only is the coffee great tasting, it is also an excellent value. I highly recommend this coffee. I will be definitely be buying a lot more!
When my previous brand of organic coffee was no longer available as a Subscribe & Save item, I decided to give this a try. It is hard to find organic coffee at a reasonable price, so I just ordered a small quantity to try it out. I saw a lot of reviewers didn’t like the taste and said it was weak, but we think it tastes fine. We aren’t fans of overly strong or (in my opinion) burnt-tasting coffee that a lot of people like, so if you like strong, “bold” tasting coffee, this might not be for you. However, if you like your coffee on the mild to medium side, it’s worth giving this one a try.
Drank Starbucks Sumatra for years, and thought I'd try this on a whim. Excellent coffee with a smooth finish while retaining the rich flavor expected from a dark roast coffee. And unlike the Starbucks product, this is organic as well as fair trade, so win-win. We liked it so well, we've switched to this as our everyday brew.
As the headline says. This actually is delicious. At the price, this is really excellent stuff. I normally prefer more earthy taste, rather than acidic, citrus notes in my coffee. This tastes earthy and a little sweet, so it's right down my alley.
I love Sumatra; and, although I was skeptical to try -brand coffee, I decided to give it a try (mostly because it's organic).Honestly, I couldn't be happier with the purchase! It tastes great and is a bit less expensive than the that I'm used to drinking.Having said that, it feels like it has a tad less caffeine - but that isn't a huge deal.Overall, if you like Sumatra and want an organic alternative - this coffee is awesome!
